Max founded Lardum Advisory to do AI enablement the way he had seen it actually work: as organisational change, not technology delivery. The pattern in his career was consistent. AI projects worked in pilot, stalled in production, and never showed up in the firm's results.
The reason was rarely the model. It was the gap between deploying a tool and embedding it in how a team actually operates. Lardum exists to close that gap, one decision loop at a time, inside UK mid-market firms.
His focus is the work most AI consultancies skip: organisational change management, and embedding new technology in how a firm decides and acts day to day.
