Lardum Advisory started from a simple observation: 95% of AI projects in firms show no measurable return. Not because the model is wrong. Because nothing gets wired into how the firm actually decides and acts.
We've watched plenty of AI pilots work on one team, then stall when the firm tries to roll them out. The missing piece isn't the model. It's the knowledge layer underneath. And the adoption work it takes to make a team actually use it.
